By using Morfo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Use of the service
Morfo's tools are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may not use Morfo to process files you do not have the rights to convert, nor for any illegal purpose.
No warranty
Morfo is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee conversion quality, uptime, or suitability for any particular purpose. Use at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morfo is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss.
Intellectual property
The Morfo brand, design system, and written content are our intellectual property. The tools themselves (code) are proprietary. You retain all rights to the files you process.
Advertising
Morfo is supported by advertising. Ads are clearly labeled and are never disguised as tool UI. Clicking an ad navigates to a third-party website; Morfo is not responsible for third-party content.
Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on our blog.
